Returns & Refunds
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the product must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
Returns may not be accepted for products that have been damaged due to misuse, unauthorized repairs, improper installation, or negligence.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within the applicable processing period.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products damaged due to improper handling or customer negligence.
- Products with missing parts or accessories not caused by our error.
- Customized or specially ordered products.
Products returned after the 30-day return period. - Clearance or sale items, unless found to be defective upon delivery.
Exchanges & Sale items
Warranty Policy
All eligible products are covered under the applicable manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase.
During the warranty period, customers may contact PTS Technical Support using the contact information provided on our website to report product-related issues. Warranty service is available during PTS business hours.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions. It does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.
Installation & Commissioning
Our installation and commissioning services include:
- Inspection of the installation site before commissioning.
Proper battery interconnection using suitable cables, connectors, and accessories. - Correct placement and connection of the battery bank and UPS system.
- Configuration, parameter settings, and load testing of the UPS system.
- Basic operational training for the customer.
- Backup performance testing after successful installation.
- Re-commissioning of the unit at the customer’s request, either at the same premises or a relocated site.
- Transportation of the equipment and accessories shall be the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping for Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
